Customers will also stay informed of the repair progress by the technician performing the service. Upon pick-up, a professional technician will informed the customer of which repairs were completed and explain all charges. All repair services are documented and kept on file so the customer's history can be easily accessed.

Standard Repair:
     •  First in, first out
     •  Turnaround in 3 business days or less, pending parts
     •  $75/hour (additional charges for laptops may apply)

Priority Repair:
     •  Move to the front of the line
     •  $75/hour + $35 surcharge

On- Site Repair:
     •  Service in your home or office
     •  $75/hour + 2-way travel time

Virus Removal/System Reload:
     •  $150 maximum

Bench Fee / Estimates:
  •  $35

Payment Policy:
Payment is due upon pick-up of computer or at conclusion of service call.
Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.

If your computer is not working properly or not at all, there's a high probability that it has been infected with one or more viruses and/or spyware. Tri-City Computers can rid your computer of those nasty bugs and get you back up and running again.

And, while it may take several hours to clean up your computer, we only charge a maximum of 2 hours ($150.00).
